1. Payment Procedure

I offer two convenient payment options:

  • Full payment. 100% of the cost is paid either at the time of order or after sketch approval (your choice).

  • Payment in two installments. 50% is a prepayment to begin work, and the remaining 50% is due upon completion, before submitting the final work.

2. Cost and Add-Ons

An additional character in one illustration is priced at +70% to the base price of the main character.
Background. The base price includes a simple background. For a complex, detailed background, the price is calculated individually.

3. Edits and Changes

  • Free edits: Correcting errors made through my fault (e.g., missing an important detail from the specifications, technical flaws).

  • Paid edits: Any changes not related to my error, or introducing new ideas after the sketch is approved. The price is discussed individually, based on the required time.

4. Factors Affecting Cost

The cost can be reduced by:

  • Reducing the level of detail.

  • Working in black and white.

5. To keep things fair: finances and guarantees

Your advance payment means:

  • My guarantee that time in the schedule is reserved specifically for you.

  • Compensation for the creative work of finding ideas and creating a unique sketch.

Therefore:
1. If you change your mind after the sketch has been approved: Unfortunately, the advance payment is non-refundable. The sketch is a finished intellectual product, and it remains yours.
2. If the work has already been completed and sent: Refunds are unfortunately not possible.

My guarantees for you:

If I cancel the order (in extreme cases, force majeure), I will immediately refund 100% of the advance payment. Your funds are safe.

1. Personalized Approach

I create my own interpretation of your idea. This means I may make changes to the pose, composition, or minor details if I am confident that this will improve the aesthetics and quality of the final drawing. All key elements (character, attributes, color scheme) will be preserved.

2. Usage Rights

You have the right to publish and use my work for personal or commercial purposes (depending on our agreement). Attribution (nickname/link) is mandatory.

3. Individual Approach

All projects are unique. The final cost and deadlines are always discussed personally, taking into account all your wishes and the complexity of the task.
